FAQs
What is the meaning of “Wattana”?
It is a district in Bangkok, home to our chefs Nan and Guillaume. It is also the birthplace of their chili nut crunch.
What is CNC?
CNC is the acronym for Chili Nut Crunch which is a crunchy, nutty, and exceptionally flavorful condiment. Our Chili Nut Crunch is crafted from hand-picked ingredients from family farms in Thailand. Available in mild and spicy, it's the perfect addition to any dish!
What are the ingredients used to make CNC?
Ingredients: Non-GMO Rice Bran Oil, Organic Blend of Thai Chilis, Organic Ubon Ratchathani Cashews, Organic Lamphun Shallots, Garlic, and Sesame, Organic Dark Cane Sugar, Salt, and a Variety of Flavorful Spices.
What makes CNC different from other products in the market?
It's bold without blowing your socks off with overpowering heat or intensity. It is arguably one of the crunchiest chili oil condiments out there. Our CNC is made in Thailand, with all Thai ingredients, and it has a delightful nutty-ness from organic cashews.

Yes, yes and yes! It is non-GMO and mostly organic.
