Our Ingredients

We source organic chilis, shallots, garlic, sesame seeds, and cashews directly from Chita Organic Farm in Lamphun and Green Net in Ubon Ratchathani. Each ingredient reflects our commitment to quality and sustainability and also supports small family farms in Thailand.

Our Mission

At Wattana, we prioritize ingredient-focused culinary craftsmanship, achieving a perfect balance of texture and flavor. These artisanal condiments can be enjoyed with any meal. 

About Us:

Nan and Guillaume are a Thai chef and French baker based in Wattana, a district in Bangkok known for its vibrant culinary scene. They started in their home kitchen creating seasonal artisanal goods which they would sell to their loyal fan base throughout the city. They bring Nan’s experience in New York's high-end restaurants and Guillaume’s classic French training to create hit after hit of small-batch products. Chili Nut Crunch began as homemade gifts for close friends but quickly grew into a staple for almost every meal among their community.
